You have to assume that one of the reason’s Brad’s legacy has continued to live on and prosper has been because of his simply brilliant choices in filmmaking.  Here’s a guy that can play literally anybody.  The studio had no problem casting him as a reverse man-child in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and paid out big cash in order to get those creepy visual effects.  He is an actor that not only brings in masses of people but who also earns the respect of quality film directors.  Hey, everybody loves guys like Bruce Willis or Vin Diesel.  For these guys though, they are the ones honored to work with a Martin Scorsese or David Fincher.  When it comes to Brad, directors just can’t get enough of him.

Brad Pitt has certainly made some unusual career choices, most of which have helped to define him as an actor’s actor.  He is possibly the closest thing to Marlon Brando that our modern society has.  Like Brando, Pitt oozes sex appeal as well as quirk.  He doesn’t have Brando’s anti-authority snarl but he sure picks and chooses his parts and has no problem taking a year off work to stay home with the kids.

A photo of Brad Pitt reveals a great many layers behind that giddy face.  Every gallery you see him in, he tends to light up the screen and forces you to pay attention.  He attracts not only females but also his fellow men, so that they can live vicariously though his sexy movie star shenanigans.  After all, what man wouldn’t want to share a special moment with Brad, provided that special moment involves Brad making out with stars like Geena Davis, Cate Blanchett or Angelina Jolie?  Brad is manly enough not to threaten the guys, and man enough to charm the pants off women.
