Everybody knows the name of Rihanna, thanks to those shameless media outlets that insist upon airing dirty laundry out in public.  However, long before Rihanna was a friend to controversy, she was a big name in pop music.  She earned lots of attention for her charitable efforts and for her budding music career.  Selling million of albums and being nominated for multiple Grammy Awards are two accomplishments hard to imagine—and all before the age of 21.  She has been compared to Janet Jackson in terms of style and look and even Oprah Winfrey in terms of her humanitarian efforts.  However, we’re still stuck on this simple fact: Rihanna is gorgeous!

Rihanna has a beautiful face that contains both childlike innocence and womanly confidence.  Her hair is magnificently smooth and silky, whether in ink-black straight flow or a red tidal wave that reaches down to her shoulders.  She is one of the world’s most popular sex symbols, especially since maturing past the “bubble gum princess” debut with her new “Good Girl Gone Bad” concert.  Her face is lovely and welcoming for sure, but it’s hard for men and women alike to ignore that smoking body.  Because of this unique style of Rihanna fashion, she ranked #8 on the 2007 Maxim Hot 100 List, and dropped down only a few notches on the 2008 list.  Maxim Magazine also made some lewd (but not entirely unwelcomed) advances declaring her the 8th “sexiest woman on earth.”  This was an achievement of itself, since Rihanna became the only black female in the top ten or top twenty.  She also earned acclaim as the 2007 Venus Breeze’s “Celebrity Legs of a Goddess” sponsored by Gillette.

Rihanna’s tattoos have also drawn heavy media attention.  She has the tattoo of a music note on her ankle, a Pisces sign behind her right ear, a trail of stars going down the back of her neck, a Sanskrit prayer down her hip, a star in her left ear, “love” on her left middle finger, an Arabic phrase on her ribs, area and several more.  She has a total of 12 tattoos in all (at least that we know of)!

There are numerous pictures of the Rihanna fashion and style online.  This young woman certainly has the look of a starlet, the style and cultural understanding of an African queen, and a face and body to die for.  Many men want Rihanna, but they may have to fight off even larger crowds of women who are enamored by her beauty.
