Scarlett Johansson Fashion, Look And Style

Wouldn’t you like to look like the ultra-sexy, 2000 It Girl Scarlett Johansson?  That’s not to suggest that you’re anything but gorgeous, darling, but you have to admit it’s hard to create the perfectly molded face and masterfully crafted body shape of America’s Sexiest Woman.  (And that’s praise coming from Playboy and Esquire Magazine, who have seen a lot of bodies come and go)

There’s little reason why the world is so fascinated by Scarlett Johansson.  Not only is she beautiful, but she also has a fine cinema resume, having starred in wonderful films like Match Point, Lost in Translation and Vicki Christina Barcelona.  There does seem to be a running theme with many of her performances: a woman that is eternally lusted after; not just individually by various handsome men, but also symbolically and she perfectly captures that “other woman” aura of sexiness, forbidden fantasy and mystery.

When it comes to Scarlett Johansson style, she seems to recall the spirit of great screen sirens of the past age.  She has less in common with 1990s icons like Pamela Lee or Calista Flockhart but more to do with voluptuous vixens of the 1940s and 1950s.  Johansson’s unique fashion sense seems to combine nostalgia with modern day feminism.  You could also call her fashion sense subdued sensuality.  She doesn’t have to tell you she’s sexy—she can catch your gazing look from two rooms a way with just a shift in your direction!

You also have to appreciate Scarlett’s wondrously liberal and kind personality.  She has preached about important issues like safe sex and has continually tried to chastise Hollywood for promoting unhealthy diets and unrealistic super-thin figures.  She also hangs out with smart nerdy guys like Woody Allen instead of hot young thugs like Chris Brown.  Last but not least, she is outspokenly Democrat—so if you’re with Obama you’re definitely with Scarlett!

Scarlett has most recently signed onto play the Marvel Comics character Black Widow in Iron Man 2 and in The Avengers and as a Yoga instructor in the 2009 comedy He's Just Not That Into You.  Scarlett’s own sense of style can be mimicked by sticking to fashionable dress, conservative colors and designs and a modest amount of make up.  Scarlett’s defining characteristics are her voluptuous natural figure and her shy, slightly amused expression.  Be friendly, be beautiful and be kind—that’s her philosophy in a nutshell!
